With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Stephanie brings a well-rounded background in caregiving, hospice support, and client-centered service. Her hands-on experience includes working in home health, assisted living, retirement communities, and hospice settings, where she has supported individuals and families through a wide range of care needs.
Stephanie became a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2019, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and understanding of quality care practices. In addition to her caregiving experience, she has also worked in staffing coordination and leadership roles, giving her the ability to manage care services with structure, organization, and accountability.
She founded Stephanie’s Compassionate Care Services with a clear vision — to provide care that is not only compassionate, but also professional, reliable, and well-organized. Her goal is to ensure that every client receives support that respects their dignity while giving families peace of mind.
